We give all instructors the same opportunity to make money, however, the amount of work you get will depend greatly on personal matter, such as guests liking you, being reliable, being on time, helping out at the office even when not on schedule, ability to work with other instructors, encouraging guests to book more lessons or trips with us, answering your phone, etc.

Most of our clientele is either from the US or Canada.  Culturally both of these nationalities tend to be good tippers.  We also work with higher-end clientele in the area. This means that on average, our instructors double what they make per lesson in tips. Doing a good job, smiling a lot, and giving 100% does indeed pay off.
