My favourite way to get moving is listening to good music and acting on intentions. So I put a playlist together, paired up the #ROXYfitness Spirit Bra and Relay Pant and got going…

Some activities I’ve been trying my hand at lately are Bikram Yoga and 5 mile runs with scenic views. Start wherever you are and find something you enjoy or something that challenges you. The first couple times doing something new can suck but gradually you gain confidence and the enjoyment of learning something new. React to what your heart, mind and body are telling you and get motivated to kick off summer on a positive side!
