Orange is the most fashionable colour for spring-summer season 2010. From light bold orange to reserved and delicate peach and red hues, as a base colour or an accent in clothes.

On the street in Australia you can notice lots of orange, not only in clothes but also nails, lips, makeup, patterns and of course, tasteless very fake tans.

So if you want to stay fashionable this summer, invest in some Tangy Tangerines!

 

Fox tails? Fur tassels?

The new trend for this season is something that has caused controversy between designers, fashionistas and….well everyone. Louis Vuitton decided to put foxes tails on their bags and it has now kicked off into a massive trend.

With so many manmade alternatives available, it’s a shame that so many fashion houses and consumers continue to equate fur with luxury. Here at the SurfGirl headquarters we say no to these type of trends. If this is something that rocks your boat, go for faux fur.

Don’t know if UGG boots will ever fall out of fashion for us surfers, so when i stumbled across this collaboration I thought I would share it with you guys!

UGG Australia and Jimmy Choo have just announced a collaboration for limited edition co-branded “UGG¬Æ & Jimmy Choo” women’s sheepskin footwear products. The capsule collection will be available in store from October 2010. Not to sure what they will look like but hey, I¬† like UGG’s and i love Jimmy Choo’s so I cant wait to see what they look like!

In the spirit of Valentine

Anyone who knows me know I got a fetish…..leggings! In all shapes, styles and colors, i wear them every day. Stiff, uncomfortable jeans has been thrown out¬† of my wardrobe long time ago to be replaced with stretchy leggings in funky styles.

Do I need to explain why?

Well, the comfort level beats any trousers, any day, any time of the year!

Please never, ever go out of fashion!

The Pump technology has been described as innovative, unique and ground-breaking, but those words don’t even begin to measure up to exactly what it’s all about. After 20 years, The Pump technology still reigns as one of the most innovative footwear technologies ever made.

So, beginning November 20, 2009, Reebok kicked-off a year-long celebration of the 20th anniversary of The Pump technology. The celebration begins by bringing back The Pump, the shoe that started it all, and continues in 2010 with a celebration of some of our most iconic models.

What can I say? I remember the original -89 pumps so for me its nostalgic! Would I wear them….hell yeah! The blue/gray ones are awesome. And id love to use them in a fashion shoot for the mag! Need to start making some calls…..
