The recipes are easy to make and unpretentious with a focus on local produce. It’s been really well received so we’re stoked! In October there were articles in both Coast magazine and Baking Heaven. Plus it was rated as the Pick of the Month in Crumbs magazine over Nigel Slater!

And there’s the ITV1 programme all set for March where the book launch was filmed for a new series on Ireland hosted by James Nesbitt. So we’re all very happy, it’s put a big smile on our faces after all the hard work by the team in putting it together!
