I’ve had to give up my horseriding due to recent diagnosis of a damaged nervous system and on top of that a diagnosis of M.E, both of which are so hard for an active person like me to deal with. BUT…I grew up by the sea and now I so miss it…I’m very bitten by the desire to try my hand at surfing despite disabilities!!! It would be fabulous to be given the opportunity and also to spend some time in a most breathtakingly beautiful place
We spent our honeymoon in Cornwall, and similar to when we met, it was love at first sight. We’ve been journeying back from our home in the midlands ever since, and despite having travelled extensively it’s still our favourite place.
Having taken up surfing (ok, falling off a surfboard…lol) at the age of 45, I’m now on a mission to persuade my wife to try it. Rocklands looks like it trumps the Glendorgal hands down!

Would love to visit Newquay again,the last time was with the children,so would be nice to go back without them & see the places i want to see
I got a new wetsuit and board for christmas and then promptly broke my leg in the snow. Since then the board winks at me every time I go into the garage calling out to be christened. Please help my sad little board who is feeling so unloved and unwanted in the corner.

I hope I am not to late I would love to win this trip for my mum, she has been one in a million this year and looked after me whilst I have been rather poorly over the last few months, she’s super and deserves a break! I want to teach her to learn to surf, experience the clotted cream, the cream teas, Cornish ice cream, Cornish sunsets and those lovely beaches! hopefully it can be made into an annual trip for us. She deserves a little adventure and special treat. xx

Me and my boyfriend are surf crazy! To go to Newquey would be amazing, spend some quality time in the surf capital of the UK. The mentality to life, peace, love, surf, and music, and if I had a chance to go to Newquey, I could live the dream life for a day or two, and forget about the stress from home life for a little while:D
It would be great to have a weekend away with my husband and the waves are bound to be warmer in Newquay than here in Scotland!
