1-15-10 Solar Eclipse
This morning I woke up to a partly cloudy day, I love the clouds and I heard that it is going to rain a lot this coming week. I love the rain mostly because it makes being lazy even better, it is also gives us an oppurtunity to sit and meditate and do things of expression. Like listening to music, drawing, writing, and lots of thinking. Tonight there is going to be a partial solar eclipse, I am super exctied about. I have never witnessed a solar eclipse, only lunar. If everyone can stay awake they should try to watch, because it is kind of a big deal.
Keeping an open mind I hear a lot of crazy theories about 2012. One of the theories has to do the the return of planet-x, there will be a few eclipses which shows that the planets are all being aligned in special places so by the time that 2012 is here earth will be alligned right in between the constalations sagitarous and scorpio opening up a whole that will allow planet-x to come through. Weird right?! I am going to buy a book about it today so I can explain and understand it a little better. I am not saying that this is going to happen, but with all this attention about 2012 I like to take a lot of things into consideration. Last weekend I went down to trestles for a surf contest, there I hung out with my sister, mike j, and tommy. None of us won but we all made the finals. We camped out at san mateo camp site, fancied our self to a few laughs, beers and a warm fire. On monday we paddled about a mile out to this place called seal rock in San Clemente, which happens to be a big ole rock in that sticks out of the water with lots of seals on it. We went fishing out there for a couple hours. I have been fishing before but this was the first time that I have ever caught a fish. Actually, three fish.
This happened to be the best day of my life I would have to say. Sitting out in the middle of the ocean with only peace, love, and joy running through all parts of my body. As the sun went down we paddled in and caught a couple waves. Britlyn and I dropped tommy off at his house up the street, then Micheal in huntington and we made our journey north and arrived home ending our magical weekend
. I am hoping that I will be able to do somthing that fun again soon. This whole week there has been filled with fun waves and offshore winds, there is a reef about half a mile out from countyline break. This past swell was so epic that people were doing tow-ins out there, which is extremly rare.
This is my first blog entry for this magazine which is really cool, so i hope you all enjoy somehow. I am off now to figure out my activities for the day. Try to watch the eclpise! It will be coooooool.
Stay Positve +
